Disclaimer
Last updated: October 25, 2026
The information and services provided by HostMyImg are subject to the terms of this Disclaimer. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information below. If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, please discontinue using the website.
1. General Information
HostMyImg provides online image hosting and image-related tools, including image sharing through direct links, BBCode, and HTML embed code, as well as available image editing, conversion, filters, and creative effects.
The website and its tools are provided for general use. Although we aim to keep the service useful and accessible, we do not guarantee that all information, tools, features, or results will always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for every purpose.
2. Use of Image Hosting Services
Users are responsible for the images they upload, share, embed, or otherwise make available through HostMyImg. Before uploading an image, you must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to use and share it.
You must not use HostMyImg to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, violate another person's privacy, harass others, or engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law or our Terms of Service.
Image links and embed codes may allow other people to access or display an image. Do not assume that an uploaded image is private simply because you have not publicly posted its link. Avoid uploading confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or images you do not want others to access.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of HostMyImg and for ensuring that your activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are also responsible for checking that an image is appropriate for its intended use and that sharing it does not violate another person's rights.
HostMyImg does not endorse or necessarily verify the ownership, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of every image uploaded by users.
4. Image Processing and Conversion Results
Image editing, conversion, and creative tools may produce different results depending on the original file, the selected settings, the input format, and the capabilities of the individual tool.
We do not guarantee that processed images will meet every technical requirement or preserve every characteristic of the original file. You should review the resulting image before using it in a professional, commercial, or other important project.
Where an original image is important, keep your own copy before processing or converting it. HostMyImg should not be treated as your sole backup or archival storage solution.
5. Service Availability and Data Retention
We aim to provide a usable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or the continued availability of any particular feature.
Uploaded files may be subject to storage limits, retention rules, removal, technical issues, or other conditions described in the applicable service policies. Do not assume that an image will be stored permanently or remain available for a specific period unless that period is expressly stated in the relevant policy.
You are responsible for maintaining separate copies of important files and should not rely on HostMyImg as the only location for storing valuable images.
6. No Professional Advice
Information provided on HostMyImg is for general informational and practical purposes. It is not legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
If you need advice about copyright, licensing, privacy, data protection, or another legal or professional matter, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Third-Party Websites and Services
HostMyImg may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These are provided for convenience or informational purposes where applicable.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. Visiting or using an external website is at your own discretion, and you should review its applicable policies before providing information or using its services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HostMyImg and the people responsible for operating the service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools.
This may include loss of data, loss of access to uploaded images, business interruption, or reliance on image processing results, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
